Shipping & Delivery

THE SHORT VERSION

Every order ships free to UK addresses, no minimum spend. Standard delivery takes 8–14 business days from dispatch. That's longer than you'd wait for a same-day supermarket delivery, and it's intentional — it's how we keep the range this varied and the prices fair, rather than only stocking the handful of things we could hold in a UK warehouse.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll get a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way, and a tracking link where one is available.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within the 8–14 business day window. A few things that can affect this:

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays begin processing the next business day.
Multi-item orders may occasionally arrive in separate parcels if items ship from different locations — you won't be charged extra for this.
Customs checks or carrier delays can occasionally add a few extra days, particularly around busy periods like Halloween and the run-up to Christmas.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you can follow your parcel from the Track My Order page using your order number and email. It's normal for tracking to show little movement for a few days mid-transit — that's typically the parcel between carrier handovers, not a sign anything's wrong.

Where we deliver

Right now, we only ship within the United Kingdom. If that changes, this page will be the first place we update.

If something looks wrong

If your order hasn't arrived after 14 business days, or tracking hasn't updated in over a week, get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and we'll chase it up for you.
