Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information, where available, once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery is 8–14 business days from the date of dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs checks or carrier delays can occasionally add a few extra days, particularly around busy periods.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all UK orders, no minimum spend.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link where one is available. You can also check progress via the Track My Order page using your order number and email.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, or tracking hasn't updated in over a week, please get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and we'll chase it up.

Return Shipping
Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returning items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
