SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times
We ship to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are 8–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Customs and Import Charges
All orders are fulfilled and shipped internationally. Orders under £135 are not subject to import duty. Orders over £135 may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@yoinkstore.co.uk and we will investigate with our shipping partner.

Return Shipping
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on returning items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
